Matra has 2 workshops located in both Asian side (Tuzla Industrial Area, 3500sqm) and European side (Levent Industrial Area, 500sqm) of Istanbul. In 2025, 3rd workshop will be completed (Tuzla Insdustrial Area, 4000sqm) and the total capacity will be 8000 sqm.

Matra Motor has +110 employees formed of engineers and technicians; each of them are specialized in their own machining and reconditioning field. 

 

Matra Tuzla workshop has 3 floors and each floor is specialized on different reconditioning solutions such as 2-stroke & 4-stroke engine parts reconditioning, laser cladding, thermal spraying, white metal (babbittt) bearing reconditioning and any workshop machining services. All reconditioning and machining jobs are done in house without use of any subcontractors.

 

Other than workshop machining activities, Matra has many on-site machining teams who can attend on-site for crankpin or shaft journal machining, in-line boring, surface milling, flange facing, laser or optical alignment, on-site laser cladding and many more. Matra also offers mobile workshops which can be sent to site for better and faster solutions.
